The goal was to run a 5K in all 50 States and D.C. in 1 year in honor of Dee Gerber and all of those that can't run due to muscle diseases. This project was started on June 30, 2013 with a 5K in the Bronx, New York City, NY. Interactive Google map of the 50-State 5Ks can be found HERE.
